parental Involvement

Strong Parental Involvement is centrally important to any school system. In Ford Heights 169, parental involvement is promoted through the activities of the Parent Center. The Parent Center has become an integral part of many district activities and events as well as events sponsored by the community.

The Parent Center is a resource center where parents are welcome to gather, receive various training and obtain referrals.

The Parent Center doors are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

PTO Meeting Dates

PTO meetings are held on the Thursday following the monthly  School Board Meeting.  Meetings are held at 12:00 p.m.

The Parent Center is located in Tidye A. Phillips School.
